Connection Hub

The Children’s Connection Hub is a community-based early childhood service in Mount Gambier dedicated to supporting families in the critical first 1,000 days and beyond. We act as the step between isolated parents and formal medical systems, building a culture of connection where “it takes a village” guides our practice. Our focus is on child wellbeing, parental support, and early intervention, with particular attention to vulnerable families. 

Our vision is that every child and parent in our community thrives through connection, support, and equitable access to early childhood services.
